Understand Stars and Premium
Telegram describes Stars as a way to pay for digital goods and services in bots and mini apps and to use other supported Telegram features. The permitted uses and purchase terms are defined by Telegram and can change. Stars are not the same as the prepaid USD balance in your Bulk Epin account.
Premium is a subscription rather than a Stars balance. Select the currently offered term and verify whether it is the product your customer expects. Do not describe a Stars purchase as a Premium subscription, or promise features that are not included in Telegram’s current Premium documentation.
Verify the recipient before ordering
The Bulk Epin Telegram flow asks for a Telegram username. Confirm the exact username with your customer before submitting an order. A display name can resemble another account and should not be treated as a verified username. The selected quantity or subscription duration also needs the customer’s confirmation.
You do not need to collect the customer’s Telegram password or login code for this flow. Protect recipient information and only retain the order details needed to resolve delivery questions. A misspelled username can be difficult to correct after fulfillment, so review it before spending your balance.
Browse packages and place an order
Open the existing Telegram catalog to view current options and pricing. Sign in or create an account, choose Stars or Premium, enter the recipient username and review the total. Purchases are charged to the prepaid account balance through the existing ordering system.
Track the order result in your account and use the order conversation if help is needed. Availability, pricing and processing can vary; this page does not promise fixed rates or a universal delivery deadline. Check the actual listing rather than quoting an old screenshot to a buyer.
Plan a sustainable reseller listing
Separate Stars quantities from Premium durations in your own catalog and describe exactly what the buyer receives. Include the recipient requirements, total selling price and relevant terms. Calculate your margin after selling-channel fees and other costs, not simply the difference between a public package price and a promotional selling price. Bulk Epin is an independent service and this page does not claim an official Telegram partnership.
