What Stars are used for
Telegram’s Stars terms describe uses including digital goods and services in bots and mini apps and other supported Telegram features. Permitted uses and purchase rules are governed by Telegram and may change. Stars should not be described as a bank balance or a universal payment currency.
Premium adds the features described in Telegram’s current Premium FAQ. A Premium subscription does not mean that the customer purchased a chosen Stars quantity. Keep the two products separate in your catalog and confirm exactly what the buyer expects.
Compare the purchase channels
Telegram documents purchases through supported app and direct-client channels. Billing, platform availability and prices can differ across channels or destinations. Check current Telegram guidance rather than treating one quoted price as the universal cost.
Bulk Epin offers its own Telegram ordering flow with package quantities and subscription terms shown on the purchasing page. It is an independent service; this guide does not claim a Telegram partnership or that every possible quantity or duration is available.
Confirm username and selected option
For the Bulk Epin flow, verify the Telegram username and the selected Stars quantity or Premium term. A display name is not a dependable replacement for an exact username. Ask the customer to confirm the destination before submitting the order.
Do not request the buyer’s password, SMS code or Telegram login confirmation. Keep recipient information with the correct order and review the current total before charging your prepaid balance. Registration and buying take place in the existing account system.
Track fulfillment and keep expectations accurate
Read the recorded order result before telling the recipient delivery is complete. If the order is still processing, check its status and seek support instead of immediately submitting another purchase. A request being accepted does not prove that the recipient already received the product.
For resale, state the exact package, destination requirements and your selling terms. Consider marketplace fees and other costs when comparing your selling price with the purchase quote. Avoid promising a fixed processing time, universal refund eligibility or features not listed by Telegram. Review the official terms when explaining how Stars or Premium can be used.
